We treat your car — and your wallet — like they matter.

02 Hear something?

Your car is trying to tell you something.

Here is what a few common symptoms usually mean — no jargon. If yours is on the list, it is worth a look. If it is not, call and describe it; odds are we have heard it before.

Grinding or squealing when you brake

Usually worn pads or rotors — cheap to catch early, costly to ignore.

Brake Repair & Service

Check-engine light is on

Could be tiny or serious. We scan it and tell you which, in plain English.

Diagnostics & Check-Engine Light

Running hot or the temp gauge climbs

Often a coolant or thermostat issue — worth a look before it strands you.

Engine Repair

Shaking wheel or the car wanders

Commonly worn front-end or axle parts — we replace only what is actually worn.

Suspension, Axles & Steering

A new clunk, knock, or rattle

New noises are your car talking. Bring it by and we will find the source.

Suspension & Shocks

Hard starts or a rough idle

Could be battery, ignition, or a tune-up due. A quick check sorts it out.

Routine Maintenance & Tune-Ups

Not sure what is wrong? Bring it by — we will tell you straight, no pressure.

Took my car in for the first time to Car Nuts and Terry was so helpful. Great service and a great turn around time from dropping it off and able to get it back the same day even with several issues I had asked him to look at. Recommend Car Nuts if you want fast, reliable and friendly service!
Kate Alexander · Littleton, CO
We have classic cars and modern cars and we have taken them to Terry for several years and he helps us. He doesn't push a bunch of crap we don't need, he simply fixes what we ask him to fix and he is great at what he does. He's saved us so many times, and we appreciate him very much. If you want a good mechanic, who isn't just in it for the money, and doesn't BS around, go see Terry. You won't be disappointed!
Miller · Littleton, CO
Terri is an excellent mechanic, but it does pay to let them know you're coming because it is extremely busy and he's the only one on staff.

Extremely professional. He did the work on our truck very well. He was very honest and he kept communicating with us over the couple of days. He's local, right in the area. It was suggested to use the shop and I am happy with the service.
